Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 3AM SaaS OÜ, the company that operates PODtomatic ("we", "us"), handles information in PODtomatic Ads, our tool for managing Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns, at ads.podtomatic.com. It adds to the PODtomatic Privacy Policy, which covers our other services.

Information we collect

• Beta sign-up: your email address, and optionally your name, whether you use PODtomatic, and your current ad budget range.
• Account information: your name, email address and settings, such as your budget and bid limits.
• Amazon Ads data: when you connect your Amazon Ads account, Amazon gives us permission to access your advertising data. This includes campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids, budgets, product ads, and performance reports such as impressions, clicks, spend, orders and sales.
• Product information: your product titles, SKUs and ASINs, used to group products into campaigns.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use Amazon Ads data

We use your Amazon Ads data only to provide PODtomatic Ads to you:

• to create and manage the Sponsored Products campaigns you approve,
• to optimize bids, keywords, negative keywords and budgets within the limits you set,
• to send you reports about your own campaigns, and
• to keep a record of every change so you can review or undo it.

We do not sell your data, share it with other sellers, use one seller's data to manage another seller's campaigns, or use it for advertising outside your own account. We handle Amazon data according to the Amazon Ads API License Agreement and the Amazon Ads Data Protection Policy.

How we sign in to Amazon

You connect your account through Login with Amazon, on Amazon's own page. We never see or store your Amazon password. We store an access token that Amazon issues, encrypted. You can revoke it at any time in your Amazon account settings or by disconnecting in PODtomatic Ads.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service: hosting (Hetzner, in secured data centers), email delivery for reports, and AI services that analyze search-term and campaign data to suggest changes. Providers only receive the data needed for their task and may not use it for their own purposes.

Retention and deletion

• When you disconnect Amazon Ads or close your account, we delete your Amazon access token immediately and your Amazon Ads data within 30 days.
• Beta sign-up details are kept until the beta ends or until you ask us to remove them.
• You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by emailing support@podtomatic.com.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Amazon tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service.

Children

PODtomatic Ads is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders.
